CANCELLATION POLICY FOR SUMMIT
Prior to 27 March 2009, registrants may cancel their registration and apply the proceeds toward a future summit. A Global Summit credit, less a processing fee of $250 per registrant, will be granted if written notice is received at CoreNet Global no later than 27 March 2009. This credit can be applied by the registrant or their designee toward registration for any Global Summit held before April 2010.
After 27 March 2009, a CoreNet Global Summit credit, less a processing fee of $500, will be granted if written notice is received at CoreNet Global no later than 17 April 2009.
If cancellation occurs after 17 April 2009, or the registrant does not attend for any reason, all registration fees will be forfeited without credit or refund.
CANCELLATION POLICY FOR MCR/SLCR SEMINARS
Please provide written notice of cancellation prior to the event. (1.) You may send a substitute, transfer to another seminar, or request a credit voucher valid for 12 months from the date of issue, at no additional charge. (2.) To receive a tuition refund less a $150 service fee, please give 14 days notice; registration fees are non-refundable. (3.) If you do not attend and do not provide written notice of cancellation prior to the event, seminar registration fees are forfeited.
